George's early days as a miner shaped his strong work ethic and resilience. His adventurous spirit then took him to the merchant navy, where he explored the seas and embraced new experiences. However, it was after meeting and marrying Annabel that George found his true calling at SAL, which later became British Aerospace. For 25 years, he dedicated himself to his work, leaving a lasting impact on the company and his colleagues.
As a father to John and Anthony Allan, George was a pillar of strength and wisdom, guiding his sons with love and support. His legacy of hard work, determination, and kindness will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though George's physical presence may be gone, his spirit lives on in the hearts of his family and friends. His memory will be cherished, and his legacy will endure through the lives he touched.
