Barbara AnnBARRACLOUGHPeacefully, in the care of Scunthorpe General Hospital, with her loving family beside her, to the sound of the dawn chorus on the 12th of April 2024, aged 84 years.

Beloved wife of John, much loved mum to Jane and Linda, and sorely missed mother-in-law to Barry and Geoff. Barbara was a good friend to many and is still fondly remembered as being Flixborough's post lady for over 20 years.

Would family and friends please meet at All Saints' Church, Flixborough on Thursday the 9th of May 2024 at 12 noon for service prior to committal at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe.

Family flowers only please but donations would be gratefully accepted for "Lindsey Lodge Hospice" c/o

I remember Barbara’s ‘postie’ days. She was above and beyond the best post lady we had.
