You was a beautiful who worked everyday signing papers opening mail from people around the world and Government, you tried to sort your family out and did with upmost care and support, you being a family mum and grandmother first.l thank you for getting my mam help to get new Louise in 1958 1960,mam wasliving on building site were houses was pulled down around her.living in 2 bedroomed house with children all born at home.She struggled her and my Dad boys in one bedroom girls in other, Dad on sofa and mam with girls, how they managed I'll never know. But mam decided to right to this lovely Queen Elizabeth and asked if she could help her get a house as she was pregnant with me,and few days later mam was given big bedroomed house with hot water inside bathroom and WC downstairs to.They still worked and was saving hard so had enough to decorate and buy carpets,mam and Dad would wallpaper once children was in bed,one by one they finally got finished by Christmas and whata difference you helped my mam and Dad,know wash house inside WC,a bath no tin baths anymore, and 4bedrooms,we didn't have enough blankets for all the beds so used coats for few weeks like others did.Thankyou our beautiful Queen Elizabeth, my Mam often talked about you getting her a beautiful house,not were she wanted to be Hessle rd, it was Longhill but they was so grateful to you,they had bought rolls and rolls of paper in different colours ready,You was amazing hardworking Queen, we love and miss seeing you so much.lve waited until today as it's my mams 99th birthday ,sadly mam passed away age 72 of pancreatic cancer, from finding out she was given 6months to a year,but lived only 3 weeks, and l took her out of hospital and cared for her at her home opposite me,Happy 99th birthday my lovely mam and Queen Elizabeth one year as passed but you'll never be forgotten, love from our family, only 4left but you helped give us a happy family home Goodnight Godbless you Queen Elizabeth and Mam and Dad
